A very warm welcome to those of you who signed up at my events, and huge appreciation to those of you who continue to read these newsletters and support my artwork. Cheering me on, buying my work and sending heartfelt messages. You keep me fueled on this crazy creative rollercoaster!
My highlights of 2022 include:
painting ‘Dylan’ the bear for the Children's Hospice South West Bear Hunt
my TV appearance on BBC Spotlight with Devon Open Studios for my portrait of The Queen
My work was longlisted for the VAA Professional Artist Award 2022
I was on the front cover of the North Devon Journal with a whole page coverage for my open studios event
I've enjoyed working on a continuous stream of statement commissions
gallery sales have continued despite the tumultuous market - thank you Echo Beach Gallery
I exhibited for the first time at The Burton at Bideford
I loved taking part in both the summer and winter Connect and Create Fest events
And met many lovely folk at Fairlinch Art Exhibition, Braunton Christmas Market and the Croyde Crafts Christmas Market shop in Green Lanes Barnstaple
