Date for your diaries everyone!
I'm taking part in this year's Devon Open Studios event, running from 11 - 26 September.
Proud to say I'm teaming up with the fabulous Rachel Stanton Artist, who will be sharing her dreamy artworks on the other side of the Taw Estuary.
The open studios event coincides with Appledore Book Festival, running between 16 - 25 September.
Speakers and authors at the book festival include big names such as Satish Kumar, Ruby Wax, Rick Stein and Sara Cox.

It's hard to believe that this time last year my log cabin studio didn't even exist!
We finished building it in October 2020, and since then I've completed over 40 paintings and have even been featured in Artists & Illustrators Magazine 'A Room of Ones Own' feature in the July 2021 issue.
When I was working as a Climate Change Advisor with the Environment Agency I would buy myself this magazine for my return train journeys from London meetings.
So it was SUCH a thrill to be contacted by them for the feature!
To see my garden studio in the magazine I used to buy when I was dreaming of becoming a professional artist really was a dream come true!
Here's a preview video I made in preparation for the Devon Open Studios event. Look out for it on my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts too.
The event is being hosted by Devon Artists Network (DAN), and a website with details such as opening days and times, and addresses and directions will be available soon.
Look forward to seeing you there!
With love and light
