Day 31 - Creative Friends
Last day of Joanne Hawker 's March Meet the Maker! Feel kinda sad it's over. Has been super and so inspiring to be part of it. So many shared experiences and so much amazing work out there! Thanks again Joanne for making it happen.
The last prompt is creative friends, and here I proudly present some of mine! What a gorgeous quirky and talented bunch they are!
I'm proud to exhibit my work with Jill Griffin and Theresa Shaw and others as part of Devon Art Pop. We`ve been collaborating with The National Trust and The Royal Horticultural Society to show our artwork in stunning locations in Devon. Next exhibition is at RHS Rosemoor from 4 - 7 May. Would be lovely to see you there!
I've also included Katherine Barber Jewellery who is just about to launch her first collection! I can't wait to get my hands on one of her gorgeous necklaces! I love talking shop with Katherine. We can easily talk about our business for 5 hours straight. Once I completely lost my voice after an evening with the Barber!
And the brilliant Zoe Curtis Crochet who organises a monthly makers meet up in Braunton. It's really lovely to have a regular meeting where like minded folks can work on their creative projects, talk and relax over a gin or three. I've not known Zoe for long but really appreciate how cool, inclusive and all-round lovely she is!
So that's all folks! Over and out from me. Thank you for reading and hope you've enjoyed my posts and gained a bit of insight into what goes on behind the scenes.
I'll be posting a lot of new artwork over the next few weeks so please follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram if you'd like to be one of the first to see my new pieces. Better still, sign up to my mailing list on my website. Link from the top of my homepage ⬆️
